The project Waderman was born by idea to compose discreet, pleasent Chillout and Easy Listening music for my videos of the island Föhr. While a short break I was talking with my collegue Stefan Montag, who inspired me, to start again to compose my music.
It all started with the music as I was 6 years old and got involutarily lessions in playing piano. After a switch of teacher with the age of 8 years, I discovered the Boogie Woogie. The Juno 60 was my first Synthesizer. After that an Ensonique VFX Synthesizer, a Prophet 2000 Sampler followed up and a Roland TR808 drum machine.
By several vacations at the northern island Föhr I collected many ideas and impressions, that are mirrored in the tracks. All tracks where composed from bottom to top and note by note. No commercial samples where used, cause it´s the own creativity and impression of the melody that a track will got it´s soul by the charm of this island. The title of the tracks are appellative for the corresponding locations and moods anyone can convice himself.
